Some Things Never Change

I don't need to list here the many things that are making life difficult for pretty much everyone right now.  I don't need to give you a formula for how to make it easier because there are a lot of great resources out there. I've been feeling the weight of it all, I've been trying to do what I can about what I can. But sometimes you just need some light. Something to remind you that these heavier things are not the only things. 

I decided to create this blog, mostly for myself. I want to be reminded of what I love about life, or sometimes to just be reminded that not everything has changed.

So...

Today my husband was getting a few things out of my car. When he came back, he looked at me funny for a while and finally said, ‘...What is this?’ I told him that it's a Halloween decoration, but it’s actually a dehydrated clementine from last year. Probably the 4th or 5th found in one of my belongings since I’ve known him so I don't think he bought my Halloween lie.
